1. Who we are

ohmywardrobe is a Kuwaiti modest-fashion label. We make blazers and co-ord sets to order.

2. Accepting these terms

By using ohmywardrobe.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, the Ordering & Delivery Policy and the Returns Policy published on the site.

3. Your account

  • An account is optional; you can check out as a guest.
  • We only ask for your name, mobile number and email. Please make sure they are correct.
  • Keep your email and the devices you sign in from secure, and tell us straight away if you notice any access you did not make.
  • We may suspend any account used in breach of these terms or for fraud.

4. Made-to-order pieces

  • Every piece is made for you after your order is confirmed and paid. Production takes 7 to 14 days. In busy seasons and around Eid it can take longer, and we will tell you about any delay.
  • Choosing the size is your responsibility. Please check the size guide on the product page and message us before ordering if you have any questions.
  • Colours may look slightly different from the photos because of lighting and screen settings, and small measurement differences are normal in tailoring.

5. Prices

  • All prices are in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD).
  • Delivery fees depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed. We may change prices and offers at any time; this does not affect confirmed orders.
  • If a price or description contains an obvious error, we will contact you before production. You can then continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Payment

  • Payment is fully online through the Hesabe payment gateway, using the methods available at the time of your order, such as KNET, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay and Deema (pay in instalments).
  • We never receive or store your card details; payment is processed entirely by the payment gateway and your bank.
  • Paying with Deema is subject to Deema's own terms and approval.
  • An order is confirmed only after a successful payment. An order that is not paid within the time shown at checkout is cancelled automatically.

7. Order confirmation

  • After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, details, amount and date. This email is your purchase invoice.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the fabric is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. In these cases we refund the full amount paid.

8. Cancellations and changes

  • Because production starts once your order is confirmed, we cannot cancel an order or change its size or colour after confirmation.
  • You can update the delivery address or contact number before the order ships by contacting us.

9. Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Kuwait and ship to the GCC and worldwide. See our Ordering & Delivery Policy for details and timings.

10. Returns and exchanges

Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, exchanged or altered once the order is confirmed. Your rights are preserved if a piece arrives faulty or different from what you ordered. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photos, designs, text and the logo, belongs to ohmywardrobe and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

12. Reviews and content you post

When you post a review or send a photo, you agree that we may publish it on the site and our social accounts. We may hide content that is offensive or unrelated to the product.

13. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep information accurate and our pieces well made. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as customs procedures, courier delays or emergencies. Nothing in this section affects your rights under the laws of the State of Kuwait.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the new date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your order are those published when it was confirmed.
