We respect your privacy and use your data only to serve you. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Account and order details: name, mobile number, email address, and a password if you choose to set one (stored hashed).
Delivery address: area, block, street, house and the other address details, or your address outside Kuwait.
Order details: items, sizes, colours, amounts and order status.
Payment data: we never receive or store your card number. The payment gateway only sends us the result, a reference number and the payment method.
Communications: contact-form messages, reviews and newsletter sign-ups.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and the cookies needed to run the site.

3. Why we use it

To make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
To run your account and send sign-in links.
To provide customer service.
To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
To meet accounting and legal obligations.
To send news and offers, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with:

Hesabe (our payment gateway) and banks, and Deema if you choose to pay in instalments, to process your payment.
Delivery and courier companies: your name, phone number and address only.
Technology providers that host the site and send our emails. Some may store data outside Kuwait and are required to protect it.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We only use cookies that the site needs to work: a sign-in session cookie (omw_sid) and a shopping-cart cookie (omw_cart). The site language comes from the web address and is not stored in a cookie. Your wishlist (when you are not signed in) and your compare list are saved in your browser.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account exists or as long as your orders require it. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Kuwaiti accounting and legal rules require.

7. Your rights

You can view and update your details in your account at any time.
You can ask us to delete your account by contacting us (section 10). We will delete everything we are not legally required to keep.
You can stop marketing emails at any time.

8. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top of this page.
