1. Production

• Every piece is made for you after your order is confirmed and paid.
• Production takes 7 to 14 days and can take a little longer in busy seasons and around Eid. We will let you know about any delay.
• You can follow your order status from your account or from the "Track order" page using your order number.

2. Delivery in Kuwait

• We deliver to every area in Kuwait.
• Once your order is ready, it usually reaches you within 1 to 3 business days, and the driver will contact you before delivery.
• The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free for orders that reach the amount shown in the table below (when the offer is active).
• Deliveries run Saturday to Thursday, except public holidays.

3. Shipping to the GCC and worldwide

• You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• Approximate transit time after production: 3 to 7 business days to GCC countries and 5 to 12 business days elsewhere.
• Any customs duties, taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the courier, but we will help you follow up.

4. Correct address and contact details

• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. You can update them before your order ships by contacting us.
• If delivery fails because of a wrong address or no answer, a re-delivery fee may apply. International parcels returned to us are re-shipped at the customer's cost.

5. When your order arrives

Please check your piece as soon as it arrives. If it is faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
