Blazer care: cleaning and storing without losing the shape
Author: ohmywardrobe1 min read
A blazer can stay with you for years if you care for it well. Our key tips:
- Always read the care label before washing; heavier fabrics are best dry-cleaned.
- Iron inside out on a medium heat, or steam from a distance.
- Hang it on a wide hanger that supports the shoulders — never fold it.
- Leave space between pieces in your wardrobe so the fabric can breathe and does not crease.
If something spills on it, blot with a clean tissue without rubbing and take it to be cleaned as soon as you can.
